A leading data center integration company required secure cross-country transportation and delivery of fully populated server racks to a high-security underground datacenter with strict access protocols.

The equipment was valued at more than $20 million and required full insurance coverage and expert handling. A specialized plan built for high-security transport

Using a secure, vetted fleet operating under strict chain-of-custody protocols, the high-value server racks were packaged and transported cross-country. Upon arrival at the data center site, the servers were transloaded onto low-profile, mine-approved vehicles and delivered underground within the specified delivery window.

GPS tracking provided continuous visibility and real-time communication at every phase. An experienced white glove technology delivery team managed uncrating, precise placement, and complete site clean-up—exiting the facility without disrupting ongoing operations.
