Managing inbound luxury shipments from across the world
To convert a five-star hotel into a high jewelry venue, custom fixtures, furniture, display elements, and staging materials needed to be shipped and installed within a narrow delivery window—without disrupting hotel operations.
Hundreds of inbound international shipments required precise coordination, real-time tracking, and sequenced delivery into the venue to support a tightly choreographed installation plan.

Our team developed a coordinated logistics plan encompassing inbound air and ocean freight, customs clearance, and white glove domestic handling. Once shipments arrived in the United States, they were received and prepared at our facility before being delivered to the event space in alignment with the installation schedule.
Each delivery was timed to support the step-by-step conversion of the hotel suites into fully branded boutique environments. Following the event, the team managed reverse logistics, overseeing de-installation, repacking, documentation, and the secure return of all high-value assets to their countries of origin.
