Nicole Reed
Nicole started her career at ICAT in 2013 after graduating with her Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. Prior to pursuing a degree in business, she graduated with an A.A.S. in Interior Design. She has over 10 years of customer service experience and is always looking for new ways to strengthen bonds with customers, agency partners, and employees alike.
Nicole has worked in various roles on the marketing team since she started with ICAT. In 2023, she transitioned to CX & Marketing Manager, overseeing the marketing, branding, and customer experience efforts for the entire ICAT network.
In her spare time, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends, experiencing great food, and traveling to new places.
