As Chief Executive Officer, Brad is focused on developing and implementing high-quality business strategies, while expanding ICAT’s people-focused culture and market presence. With nearly 30 years of extensive experience in the logistics industry, Brad has a strong track record of leadership and strategic vision.

Before joining ICAT, Brad held a variety of senior management roles, consistently delivering outstanding results in revenue generation, market expansion, and operational efficiency. His expertise spans across various facets of the industry, including supply chain management, freight forwarding, and transportation logistics.

Brad holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with concentrations in Marketing and Management from Baylor University. He is married with 4 children and loves time with his family, golf, and all types of sporting events.

Tahsin joined ICAT as Chief Operating Officer in 2024. With over two decades of leadership experience in logistics, transportation, and global supply chain management, Tahsin brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise as ICAT continues to expand its operations.

Tahsin’s journey has been defined by a passion for fostering collaboration and innovation. With over 20 years’ experience in the industry, he has successfully led numerous initiatives that have streamlined operations and enhanced customer satisfaction. We are confident that his insights and expertise will propel ICAT to new heights.

Jake Blount brings nearly a decade of expertise in the logistics and transportation industry. Before joining ICAT, Jake excelled in various roles as a high-performing direct contributor and in sales leadership, showcasing his ability to deliver results and inspire teams.

At ICAT, Jake has been instrumental in shaping the company’s sales function. He is responsible for building a superior sales team, crafting the core sales strategy, and driving sustained commercial growth. His efforts are centered on ensuring a world-class client experience, consistently delivering exceptional value to customers.

Jake earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Communications from Texas A&M University. Outside of his professional achievements, he is a dedicated family man, married with two children. In his leisure time, Jake enjoys hunting, golf, and following sports.

Scott joined the ICAT Logistics team in 2022 as Chief Operating Officer and transitioned to EVP of Finance in 2024. He brings an extensive background and a wealth of knowledge when it comes to financials and operating a business.

Scott graduated from Eastern Montana College with a B.S. in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has been a partner in a national CPA firm for 15 years, as well as a CFO/CEO for a privately owned business.

Adam originally joined ICAT in 2005 as a college intern. Upon graduating with degrees in Information Systems and Mathematics, Adam continued with ICAT working in the IT department and learning the freight forwarding industry for the next 9 years.

After a brief stint outside of the industry where he picked up managerial skills and new technology experience, Adam returned to ICAT as the Vice President of Business Strategy. In December 2024, he took on the role of VP of Information Technology.

With his background in math and aforementioned industry experience, he looks to find creative ways to discover insights from data to help push the company forward and drive the bottom line. He is married with two kids who keep him very busy outside of work. In his spare time, he is an avid poker player, plays a banjo, and is a big fan of the Baltimore Ravens, Baltimore Orioles, and Maryland Terps.

Phil is the Regional Vice President of the East Region at ICAT Logistics. He has worked his way up the ranks of operations and management with pricing and process implementation among other functions. Phil’s current role encompasses vendor relations, contract rate management, and assisting the agencies with any operational needs and development. As the son of a pilot, Phil has traveled the globe and enjoys experiencing different cultures. Now a husband and father of two, his interests are grounded in spending time with the family, playing guitar, following his beloved Maryland Terrapins athletics, and frequenting concerts.

Tyler Sullivan is the Executive Vice President of Sales & Administration at ICAT Logistics. With a distinguished career in the logistics and supply chain industry, Tyler brings over 13 years of experience driving growth and operational excellence.

At ICAT, Tyler leads the global sales & administration, focusing on expanding ICAT’s market presence and optimizing the sales team’s performance. He is instrumental in developing and executing strategies that cater to the unique needs of ICAT’s diverse client base, including Tier One defense contractors and Fortune 500 companies. Tyler’s expertise lies in building high-performing teams, streamlining sales processes, and fostering strong client relationships.

Prior to joining ICAT, Tyler held key leadership positions in renowned logistics firms, where he honed his skills in strategic planning, business development, and customer engagement. He started his professional career serving the US Government as a member of the US Army’s 75th Ranger Regiment, where he developed his leadership skills and commitment to excellence.

Tyler holds a degree in Business Administration and is actively working towards a Master of Industrial Distribution Degree from Texas A&M. He is also an active member of various professional associations. Outside of work, he is passionate about mentoring young professionals and contributing to industry advancements through speaking engagements and panel discussions.

With over 24 years of experience in the industry, Miguel has a strong ambition to make us the #1 agency-based freight forwarder. As the Executive VP of Aerospace Solutions, his role includes, but is not limited to, helping grow aerospace accounts on a national and global scope and supporting the ICAT network in growing their business in this vertical. Miguel’s favorite aspect of freight forwarding is working on and solving difficult challenges, meeting new customers, and experiencing different scenarios that are always occurring within the industry. When he’s not at work, he’s spending time with his family and focusing on his three kids. He is an avid lover of the water and surfing.

Teddy has over 30 years of industry experience ranging from small package integration to cargo and passenger airlines to global freight forwarding. As ICAT’s EVP of Government Solutions, Teddy leads our sales and business development strategy on the government and DOD side with a great group of teammates and partners around the globe. During his down time, Teddy loves to spend time with his family at the beach, on the links, and watching football!

Jim Owens has over 30 years of logistics experience starting his career at Roadway Express in operations and later in sales and terminal manager roles. Jim went on to work in various sales roles in the freight forwarding sector, driving growth through individual and leadership positions.

As Vice President of Industrial Solutions, Jim’s main focus at ICAT is to provide a growth strategy for the industrial vertical through business development, client engagement, and operational excellence to enhance the overall customer experience.

Outside of ICAT, Jim enjoys spending time with his family and his two dogs, as well as traveling and attending concerts and sporting events.

Sean has over 30 years of operational and business development experience within mid-sized and large global freight forwarders.

As Vice President of Hi-Tech Solutions, Sean’s responsibilities are to lead the global strategy for the technology vertical, working to create a unique customer experience that allows ICAT’s customers to achieve their goals.

Sean lives on Long Island and enjoys boating with his wife, Laura and three daughters, Sarah, Kerry and Kayla.

Michele started her career with ICAT in 1996 in the accounting department. From there, she held various roles within the company, including support positions in administration, business development, marketing, and expo sales. Currently, her role involves the integration, growth, and development of all ICAT home office employees, making sure they have the tools necessary to excel in what they do best. When Michele is not working, she is spending time with her husband and two children. Most weekends she can be found at a baton twirling competition or on a baseball field; often with a book in hand. She is passionate about reading, continued learning, outdoor activities, and being with family.

Ginger has many roles here at ICAT that all contribute to the growth and success of the company. Since joining ICAT in 2005, she has been responsible for Vendor Relations, Agency Relations, Compliance Director, Insurance and Claims, and ICAT’s Corporate Operations department. Her current role as VP of Corporate Affairs encompasses vendor relations, contract management, and assisting the agencies with any operational questions. Her many years of experience in LTL, Expedited LTL, Airline Cargo Logistics Management, and Freight Forwarding are of great value. A native Texan, Ginger is passionate about Cowboys football and spends her free time working on projects around the house, as well as her love of playing piano, needlework, and involvement in church activities.

Kelly is the Director of Compliance for ICAT Logistics. While being new to the company in 2019, she brings 25 years of industry experience in Customs Brokerage, Freight Forwarding, Third-Party Logistics, and commercial imports. Some of her knowledge includes classifications, laws for various commodities, and regulations for moving cargo across borders. As a wife to an active duty Naval officer, she’s seen the logistics industry from Hawaii to Massachusetts and Washington State to Florida. Now firmly settled in Maryland, she brings that experience and perspective to ICAT. Kelly is a busy mom of two teenagers and appreciates all the drama-free time at work. When she’s not working, she enjoys reading, cooking, baseball, football (not soccer), and listening to music.

Michele joined ICAT in 2004 as the Credit & Collections Manager with over 25 years of experience. She began her career with a worldwide electronic company, and held progressive positions from Credit Clerk to Credit Supervisor. In her current role as Accounting Manager, she oversees both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, monitoring cash flow and maintaining the company’s healthy financial status. Michele is married with two grown children. She is an active member of two organizations that help raise money for local charities, including the ASPCA and Special Olympics. When she’s not working, she enjoys traveling, socializing with family and friends, and cheering on the Baltimore Ravens!

Nicole started her career at ICAT in 2013 after graduating with her Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. Prior to pursuing a degree in business, she graduated with an A.A.S. in Interior Design. She has over 10 years of customer service experience and is always looking for new ways to strengthen bonds with customers, agency partners, and employees alike.

Nicole has worked in various roles on the marketing team since she started with ICAT. In 2023, she transitioned to CX & Marketing Manager, overseeing the marketing, branding, and customer experience efforts for the entire ICAT network.

In her spare time, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends, experiencing great food, and traveling to new places.
