A new year means great things! We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Phil Roth to Vice President of BWI!
Upon joining ICAT Logistics three years ago, it was apparent that his initial goals in helping build out the Corporate Operations department would greatly benefit and be best implemented in the overall growth of our Baltimore operations team.
In his new role, Phil will not only be focusing on growth internally, but also:
- Creating efficient SOPs to help seamlessly onboard new customers and maintain current accounts;
- Assisting our operations team in offering the best and most effective solutions for all sectors, with a primary focus on Government and Defense;
- Cross-training operators to promote growth, development, and overall subject matter expertise for our client base; and
- Focusing on our customers’ overall business goals to help them be successful.
With this promotion, Phil will work to bring the operations and sales teams together to create cohesiveness across new business, established accounts, and various projects. Through these efforts, he can help create a better overall experience for prospects, customers, and the entire BWI team.
