Her career spans executive roles in logistics, technology, and data services, where she has led large-scale M&A integrations and global team development. As President of Truckload & Hot Shot Services, Brian leads cross-border transportation strategies across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, leveraging advanced technologies to deliver innovative solutions for our clients.

Michele started her career with ICAT in 1996 in the accounting department. From there, she held various roles within the company, including support positions in administration, business development, marketing, and expo sales. Currently, her role involves the integration, growth, and development of all ICAT home office employees, making sure they have the tools necessary to excel in what they do best. When Michele is not working, she is spending time with her husband and two children. Most weekends she can be found at a baton twirling competition or on a baseball field; often with a book in hand. She is passionate about reading, continued learning, outdoor activities, and being with family.
