As Chief Executive Officer, Brad is focused on developing and implementing high-quality business strategies, while expanding ICAT’s people-focused culture and market presence. With nearly 30 years of extensive experience in the logistics industry, Brad has a strong track record of leadership and strategic vision.

Before joining ICAT, Brad held a variety of senior management roles, consistently delivering outstanding results in revenue generation, market expansion, and operational efficiency. His expertise spans across various facets of the industry, including supply chain management, freight forwarding, and transportation logistics.

Brad holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with concentrations in Marketing and Management from Baylor University. He is married with 4 children and loves time with his family, golf, and all types of sporting events.

Tahsin joined ICAT as Chief Operating Officer in 2024. With over two decades of leadership experience in logistics, transportation, and global supply chain management, Tahsin brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise as ICAT continues to expand its operations.

Jake Blount brings nearly a decade of expertise in the logistics and transportation industry. Before joining ICAT, Jake excelled in various roles as a high-performing direct contributor and in sales leadership, showcasing his ability to deliver results and inspire teams.

At ICAT, Jake has been instrumental in shaping the company’s sales function. He is responsible for building a superior sales team, crafting the core sales strategy, and driving sustained commercial growth. His efforts are centered on ensuring a world-class client experience, consistently delivering exceptional value to customers.

Jake earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Communications from Texas A&M University. Outside of his professional achievements, he is a dedicated family man, married with two children. In his leisure time, Jake enjoys hunting, golf, and following sports.

Michele started her career with ICAT in 1996 in the accounting department. From there, she held various roles within the company, including support positions in administration, business development, marketing, and expo sales. Currently, her role involves the integration, growth, and development of all ICAT home office employees, making sure they have the tools necessary to excel in what they do best. When Michele is not working, she is spending time with her husband and two children. Most weekends she can be found at a baton twirling competition or on a baseball field; often with a book in hand. She is passionate about reading, continued learning, outdoor activities, and being with family.
