When Rick Campbell founded ICAT Logistics back in 1992, he knew he wanted to create a company where people could thrive, grow, and share their ideas – the workplace of choice for the best and brightest in the industry.
Through both the great and the challenging times, Rick has been a passionate and committed leader, embodying all ICAT’s core values in each and every interaction. He brought ICAT’s mission to help all those he touched grow positively, both personally and professionally to life daily. Those who know Rick know he is a great coach and mentor, someone who always challenges the status quo, dares to be different than others in the industry and pushes his team to be their best.
As he steps out of his role as President & CEO of ICAT Logistics and transitions into a board position for the company, we want to thank him for 32 years of dedication and guidance he gave to us all. We wish him all the best on this new and exciting chapter!

ICAT’s Bright Future
We are excited to share that Brad Stogner will be serving as ICAT’s new Chief Executive Officer. In this role, Brad will be focused on developing and implementing high-quality business strategies, while expanding ICAT’s people-focused culture and market presence. With nearly 30 years of extensive experience in the logistics industry, Brad has a strong track record of leadership and strategic vision.
Before joining ICAT, Brad held a variety of senior management roles, consistently delivering outstanding results in revenue generation, market expansion, and operational efficiency. His expertise spans across various facets of the industry, including supply chain management, freight forwarding, and transportation logistics.
Brad holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with concentrations in Marketing and Management from Baylor University. He is married with four children. He loves time with his family, golf, and all types of sporting events.
